RE/MAX Affiliates hold the majority of the real estate industry’s CDPE (Certified Distressed Properties Expert), CRP (Certified Relocation Professionals), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and LTG (Leadership Training Graduate)professional designations and certifications. RE/MAX Northern Illinois offers its own educational programs designed to keep its Affiliates informed of the latest laws, sales and listing techniques, and industry trends through a variety of avenues including the RE/MAX Satellite Network (inhouse, national learning channel), the internet and seminars and conventions. |

All funds raised in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois Region benefit Children’s Memorial Medical Center in Chicago. Funds raised by RE/MAX Northern Illinois offices near the Iowa border benefit Children's Hospital in Iowa City. In 2008, RE/MAX Northern Illinois Affiliates raised $286,000 for CMN. RE/MAX is also the official real estate partner of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for breast cancer. |
